This website is run by Define Together LLC (“Define Together,” “I,” “me”), a California business owned by Denise Vo, M.Ed., BCBA. This policy explains what information this site collects, how it’s used, and the choices you have.
What I collect
Information you send me. When you fill out the inquiry form or sign up for emails, I receive what you enter, such as your name, email address, the services you’re interested in, and your message.
Purchases. If you buy a digital product, payment is handled by Squarespace and its payment processors (such as Stripe). I don’t see or store your full card number.
Site usage. Squarespace automatically collects basic information like your browser, device, pages visited, and approximate location, and uses cookies to run the site and measure traffic.
Please don’t send sensitive details through the form
The inquiry form and email are not designed for protected health information. Share only what’s needed to start the conversation, and avoid diagnoses, medical records, or detailed information about a child. Once we decide to work together, clinical information is handled through a separate intake process and service agreement.

What I don’t do
I don’t sell or rent your personal information, and I don’t share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Who else handles it
Your information is stored and processed by the service providers that run this site and my business, such as Squarespace (website, forms, email campaigns, and payments), Stripe, and Google Workspace (email). They handle it only to provide those services.
Your choices and California rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information I have about you, or unsubscribe from emails at any time. California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email denise@definetogether.com.
Children
This site is meant for adults. Parents and caregivers may contact me about their child, but children should not submit information through this site.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update the date at the top of this page.
